Since I was a kid I wanted to own an old farm house with a barn in the Santa Cruz/Monterey area.

Prices for what I wanted were always just out of reach. We agreed to stage our house, have a home inspection and a pest inspection, paint some rooms and clean everything. It took us 2 weeks to prepare and Sandy was there to help and advice all along.
